Instructions

*Loosen strap. 
*Slide brace on, center pad on top of forearm.
*Pull strap through plastic loop, and attach.

*Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. 
*Do not use bleach or fabric softener. 
*Rinse thoroughly and air dry.
