Shopping Guide

  1. Please read the shopping guide before placing an order. After an order has been placed, it means that the customer accepts and agrees to the terms and conditions.
  2. No changes or refunds will be accepted once an order has been submitted.
  3. No returns and exchanges. All items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless stated otherwise.
  4. Stringing usually takes few days due to busy shop. For local orders, we will notify the customer of the pick-up/delivery date through WhatsApp after an order has been placed.
  5. Our Shop in Causeway Bay: We accept FPS, Alipay (Hong Kong / China), Cash (no $1000 notes). Have additional handling charges for the following payment methods: Credit card (VISA, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Octopus, WeChat Pay.
  6. Online Shop: We accept FPS, Alipay (Hong Kong / China), Credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express). Please note that for some countries/regions, additional online credit card fee will be charged.
  7. Please make sure to send payment after placing order. Unpaid orders will be cancelled without notice after 24 hours. Please only send payment after placing order. 
  8. Customers can select "Self pick-up in shop" or "Delivery" for online orders. Please read <Shipping> for delivery details.
  9. Customers who are not located in Hong Kong / phone location is not set to "Hong Kong" may not be able to select "Self pick-up in shop". Please write a note at the Remarks box on the Shopping Cart Page, stating that you want to pick up in shop. Then, select "Delivery" and randomly fill in the delivery address as you like, e.g. "ABC, Hong Kong".
  10. If the item is sold out, we will refund the purchase price of the item. Please note that credit card handling fee will not be refunded.
  11. In all cases of error (courier / shop / customer), the customer must bring the item back to shop in person.
  12. In the event of a loss or delivery error due to incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer shall be responsible for all damages and the store reserves the right to cancel the order unilaterally.
  13. Product defects are subject to the manufacturer's defect standards.
  14. All product photos are subject to color difference under different lighting or phone screens.
  15. In the event of any dispute, SportStation reserves the right of final decision.

購前須知

  1. 下單前請先細閱購物須知,下單後代表顧客同意並清楚細則。
  2. 下單前核實訂單內容,訂單一經提交,將不接受任何更改或退款。
  3. 可退換貨:所有商品一律不接受退貨、換貨或退款,除非另有說明。
  4. 由於本店門市繁忙,一般穿線需時幾天。本店會於(香港訂單)顧客下單後WhatsApp通知取件/寄出日期。
  5. 實體店:接受 FPS 轉數快、Alipay 支付寶(香港 / 內地)、現金(不收千元紙幣)。以下支付方式需收取額外手續費:信用卡 (VISA、Mastercard)、Apple Pay、八達通、WeChat Pay微信支付。
  6. 網店:接受 FPS 轉數快、Alipay 支付寶(香港 / 內地)、信用卡 (VISA、Mastercard、American Express)。某些國家/地區的信用卡需收取額外手續費,請於下單前細閱。
  7. 顧客需要在二十四小時內完成付款,否則一律視為棄單處理,並不會保留相關貨品。請在下單後再進行付款。
  8. 顧客在網上下單可選擇「店內取件 Self pick-up in shop」或「送貨 Delivery」。送貨詳情請細閱 <送貨須知>。
  9. 當顧客非身處於香港或手機地區設定不是「香港」,可能會無法選擇「店內取件 Self pick-up in shop」。煩請在 Shopping Cart Page 的 Remarks 標記會於店內取件,然後選擇「Delivery」,送貨地址隨意填寫例如「ABC, Hong Kong」便可。
  10. 如貨品售罄,本店會退還貨品的款項,均不會退回付款時的手續費(如使用信用卡)。
  11. 無論任何情況有出錯(速遞公司 / 本店 / 顧客),顧客都須親身把貨品拿回店鋪處理。
  12. 如果因顧客提供的信息有誤等原因而造成損失或配送錯誤,一切損失由顧客自行承擔,本店保留單方取消訂單的權利。
  13. 產品缺陷以製造商的缺陷標準為準。
  14. 所有相片有機會在不同燈光或電話螢幕下出現色差問題。
  15. 如有任何爭議,本公司保留最終決定權。
